Ballot Box Assembly Instructions

 

Print instruction sheet

 

Step 1. – On bottom of box First fold in “U”

shaped flap (1). Then fold in both sides (2&3).

Finally, fold and insert pointed side (4)

into bottom of box.

 

 

Bottom of box should look like this.

Step 2. Insert square panel into bottom of box.

Step 3. Fold over 2 top flaps.

Step 4. Fold over flap and insert lid.

Step 5. Do not insert “Tab”yet.

Step 6. Insert "Recycle for Breast Cancer” sign into the box upside down.

Step 7.

Insert “Tab” into box to lock sign and box together.

Step 8. Fold over flap.

Step 9. Tuck flap under box and apply removable tape to hold in position. You are now ready to place your collection box on the counter.

Step 10. When box is full, fold front flap over top of box, peel and seal and give to FedEx.
